Born and educated in Europe, Erik has resided in several countries and is multilingual.
His educational background includes:
- Master of Tourism Management (Brussels, Belgium)
- US Federal Aviation Administration Commercial Pilot License (Florida, USA)
- UK Civil Aviation Authority Air Transport Pilot License (Bristol, UK)
With over 12 years of experience in St Barths (French West Indies), operating as a Commercial pilot for 5 years and subsequently running his own private charter business, he focused on safety, comfort, convenience and the discretion of his clients. Throughout the years he gained extensive knowledge of the Caribbean and the specifics of flying in the region. From Carriacou in the South to Puerto Rico in the North, he knows the islands like the back of his hand as well as all the intricacies of small island business.
Erik has been Captain on larger aircraft such as the Boeing 737, flying in Europe and Canada, where he still flies part-time for a major airline.
With his expertise in the aviation field and in-depth knowledge of the islands, Erik started the agency in 2005 with a vision to evolve the Caribbean Charter Flights industry.
Erik frequently attends local and international conferences (such as the annual NBAA Convention) on the private charter industry, and ensures the business is up to date with the latest developments found in modern aviation.

Nick Cheremeteff is the co-founder of Caribbean Charter Flights. Based in Florida, USA, Nick is a multi-lingual entrepreneur, born and educated in Europe.

- London International Wine and Spirits Institute, WSET advanced (UK)
Having lived in Barbados and Antigua, Nick worked for 15 years building businesses and brands. He has in-depth knowledge of the entire Caribbean Basin, having worked in the luxury private charter yacht and villa industry. With his roots in marketing, brand building and business development, he joined forces with Erik to complement the team and offer a total solutions package for Caribbean Charter Flights, developing a custom strategy that is unique to each individual client.
Nick is a consultant and expert in the hospitality and services industry, specializing in Lead Generation marketing, Reputation marketing, content marketing, public relations, social media marketing.
Professionally, Nick is most passionate about helping people unlock and embrace their potential; personally nothing matters to him more than family. He also enjoys traveling, golf, food and wine.
